Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
• Update and maintain records on a regular basis
• Prepare and organize source documents for data entry
• Generate reports as required by management
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles
• Good communication skills
• Education Any graduate / Undergraduate (12th pass may be considered with experience)
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in CRM or ERP systems
• Prior experience in BPO / Back-office operations
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
