Summary:
As a Database Administrator, you will engage in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise, all while collaborating with various teams to enhance database functionality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
- Familiarity with database backup and recovery techniques.
- Knowledge of database security practices and user access management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
