🎯 Role Overview

As a Debt Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding overdue payments, offering repayment solutions, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining respect, professionalism, and compliance.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Contact customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or field visits for overdue payments.
• 💬 Explain outstanding dues clearly and respectfully.
• 🤝 Negotiate settlements and payment plans as per company policy.
• 📝 Maintain accurate records of conversations, commitments, and payment status.
• 🔄 Follow up on broken PTPs and high-overdue accounts.
• ⚖️ Ensure all recovery activities follow legal and company guidelines.
• 📈 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
• 📊 Submit timely recovery reports to supervisors or managers.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• 🎓 Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Graduation.
• 📍 Experience in Collections/Recovery preferred (freshers welcome).
• 🗣 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 💼 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• 📱 Basic smartphone and CRM app knowledge.
• 🙌 Professionalism, patience, and customer service mindset.
