Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent (Telecaller)

We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent (Telecaller) to contact and recover overdue payments from customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and handle sensitive financial conversations professionally. This role involves making outbound calls, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Outbound Collections Calls: Contact customers with overdue payments via phone.

✅ Negotiate Settlements: Persuade customers to make payments or settle outstanding dues.

✅ Payment Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with debtors on pending dues.

✅ Maintain Customer Records: Update system logs with payment commitments, complaints, and resolutions.

✅ Explain Repayment Options: Educate customers about repayment plans, settlements, and penalties.

✅ Handle Customer Queries & Complaints: Address concerns and provide accurate financial information.

Key Requirements:✔ Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

✔ Language Skills: Fluent in English & Hindi plus regional language

✔ Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of banking, loan recovery process

✔ Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation & persuasion skills
• Patience & ability to handle difficult customers
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Good listening & problem-solving skills
