Job Title: Field Collection Executive & Telesales Executive

Locations: Siddipet, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Sangareddy, Hyderabad

Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for Field Collection Executive and Telesales Executive roles. Candidates will be responsible for either field collections or handling customer interactions over calls, ensuring smooth communication and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Collection Executive:

Visit customers to collect outstanding payments

Follow up for due payments and maintain records

Build good relationships with customers

Achieve monthly collection targets

Telesales Executive:

Call customers and follow up on pending payments

Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally

Explain payment details and resolve queries

Maintain call records and update data

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication and convincing skills

Field role candidates should be comfortable traveling

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 (approx.)

Travel Allowance (TA): Provided (for field role)

Health Insurance: Available
