Job Title: Delivery Executive / Delivery Associate

Job Summary

The Delivery Executive is responsible for picking up and delivering goods to customers safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up orders from warehouse/store/restaurant

Deliver items to customers within the assigned area

Verify order details before delivery

Collect cash/online payments if required

Maintain delivery records and proof of delivery

Ensure safety of goods during transit

Follow traffic rules and company policies

Handle customer queries politely

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)

Valid driving license (bike/car, as applicable)

Own vehicle preferred (if required by company)

Smartphone with GPS and internet

Basic knowledge of local routes

Good communication skills

Physically fit to handle packages

Experience

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
