• Maintain good communication with customers
• Follow company delivery guidelines and safety rules
• Use the delivery app for order updates & navigation
• Handle cash-on-delivery when required

• 📦 Other Job RequirementsOwn bike OR can take company bike (if available)
• Valid smartphone with internet
• Basic understanding of city routes
