What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on delivering value and achieving business outcomes. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? • A strong client-focused professional with proven experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships. • Ability to own and oversee end-to-end account management, ensuring smooth delivery, performance, and client satisfaction. • Extensive experience in eCommerce operations with a strong understanding of digital business ecosystems. • Proven experience running a business function or leading teams managing multiple platforms and multilingual environments, including but not limited to marketplaces, beauty retailers, and D2C platforms. • Hands-on experience working across the APAC market, with a clear understanding of regional business dynamics and stakeholder expectations. • Demonstrated capability to drive business growth, identify opportunities, and support revenue expansion within assigned portfolios. • Confidence in acting as the primary point of contact for clients while effectively coordinating with cross-functional internal teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and support strategic decision-making. Strategic & Analytical Support • Analyze data and trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. • Drive a proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •Client & Account Management • Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. • Own end-to-end account management, ensuring smooth service delivery, performance alignment, and high client satisfaction. • Lead regular client reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions. Business Growth & Performance Management • Identify opportunities to drive portfolio growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion. • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Support revenue tracking and ensure alignment with business targets. eCommerce & Market Expertise • Apply extensive experience in eCommerce operations to manage and optimize digital service delivery. • Leverage experience of leading teams or running business functions supporting multiple platforms and multilingual ecosystems, including marketplaces, beauty retailers, and D2C platforms. • Utilize strong understanding of APAC market dynamics to ensure effective regional coordination and execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Oversight • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and alignment to client requirements. • Coordinate across delivery, operations, and support functions to maintain service quality and consistency. Stakeholder Communication & Escalation Management • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders. • Build strong partnerships with senior client and internal leadership.
