Role: Scrum Master

Location: Mphasis location - Offshore (Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions, ensuring that Scrum principles are effectively implemented and that teams are operating at peak performance. This role requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Technical Skills:

Primary Skills

� 8+ years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.

� Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams through the full Agile development lifecycle.

� JavaScript - Basics of JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, Angular, etc.

� Generative AI - Knowledge of Generative AI, Gen AI based tools like GitHub Copilot, and basics on frameworks such as Langchain, Llamaindex.

� Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

� Experience in scaling Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.

� Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

� Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

� Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

� Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

� Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering value.

Process Skills:

� Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development lifecycles along with modern project management practices.

� Experience in coaching teams to adopt Agile principles and practices effectively.

Behavioral Skills:

� Creative and effective in oral and written communication, able to engage with all stakeholders in distributed teams.

� Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading discussions and resolving conflicts.

� Excellent analytical approach and problem-solving techniques.

� Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

� Strong organizational skills, with the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Certification:

� One or more current Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent).

� Additional certifications related to Agile methodologies or project management are a plus.
