Dental Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated, well-presented, and responsible Dental Assistant to join our clinic team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience assisting in a dental clinic and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced patient-care environment. The ideal applicant should be organized, hygienic, punctual, and able to support the dentist efficiently during procedures while ensuring patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental examinations and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, trays, and treatment areas before and after procedures
• Maintain proper infection control and clinic hygiene standards
• Support in taking and handling dental materials, instruments, and basic chairside assistance
• Manage patient flow, prepare patients for treatment, and help them feel comfortable
• Maintain records, coordinate appointments, and support front-desk tasks when required
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for use
• Follow clinic protocols, safety guidelines, and instructions from the dentist or management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic
• Good communication skills and patient-handling ability
• Basic understanding of chairside dental assistance and sterilization procedures
• Neat, professional, and hygienic work habits
• Ability to work with discipline, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic systems and workflow
• Female candidates preferred if required by clinic policy

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with patient coordination and appointment handling
• Knowledge of dental instruments and basic clinical workflow
• Ability to assist in multiple dental procedures efficiently
