Job Description
- Provide high-quality dental diagnosis and treatment to patients
- Ensure excellent patient management and patient experience at every step
- Clearly explain treatment plans and guide patients with confidence and empathy
- Take ownership of handling the branch with support from senior doctors
- Actively participate in dental camps, awareness programs, and community initiatives
- Contribute to social media content creation (educational & awareness-based)
- Maintain proper follow-ups and ensure smooth patient journey from consultation to treatment
- Focus on ethical treatment conversion by educating patients effectively
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and convert consultations into treatments
- Passionate about patient care and community awareness
- Confident in handling patients independently
- Interested in personal branding and social media awareness
- Team player with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
