Deployment Lead
Project Role : Deployment LeadProject Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary
Design, configure, and deliver enterprise SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions by combining strong learning and talent development domain expertise with AI assisted delivery and integration practices. The role focuses on accelerating implementation, improving learner experience and adoption, and embedding pre built AI and automation capabilities into learning workflows—without building or training AI models.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Learning Delivery
Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions aligned with organizational learning, compliance, and development strategies.
Translate business, HR, and L&D requirements into scalable learning structures, curricula, assignments, and workflows.
Support full lifecycle activities including enhancements, releases, data migration, testing, and production support.
AI Assisted Delivery & Productivity
Use AI copilots and GenAI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, content structuring, configuration validation, documentation, and testing.
Apply AI assisted techniques to improve learning recommendations, completion tracking, and operational insights.
Leverage pre built AI capabilities within SAP and adjacent platforms (e.g., intelligent recommendations, automation, insights) to enhance learning outcomes.
Integration & Enablement
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Learning with other SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems using standard integration patterns.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and analytics teams to ensure consistent learner data and reporting foundations.
Understand AI concepts such as recommendations, automation, and intelligent insights at an applied level, without owning model design.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with L&D, HR, compliance, and business stakeholders to align learning solutions with organizational goals.
Communicate complex system and learning concepts clearly to non technical audiences.
Act as a bridge between functional teams and AI native specialists when advanced AI capabilities are required.
Quality, Governance & Adoption
Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC, data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines.
Support change management, training, and adoption to maximize learner and administrator engagement.
Drive continuous improvement using feedback, analytics, and AI enabled accelerators.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and delivery expertise.
Strong understanding of learning management, compliance, and development processes.
Experience using AI assisted tools or copilots for delivery, analysis, or documentation.
Ability to align learning solutions with business capability and workforce outcomes.
Secondary / Good to Have Skills
Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, People Analytics).
Experience with reporting, learning analytics, or content strategy.
Familiarity with change management and large scale learning rollouts.
Working knowledge of automation or intelligent insights in L&D contexts.
What This Role Does Not Require
No training or fine tuning of AI/ML models.
No ownership of AI architectures or MLOps pipelines.
Focus remains on integration, adoption, and productivity uplift, not AI engineering.
