Job SummaryWe are hiring a Deputy Sales Manager to drive Open Market Personal Loan sales in the Hyderabad region. This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in open market sourcing, not branch sales or tele-calling. If you can’t generate business independently in the field, this role is not for you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource personal loan business from the open market (DSA network, referrals, self-generated leads).
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and local market influencers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Ensure quality sourcing, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Track leads, follow up aggressively, and close deals end-to-end.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams for smooth disbursements.
• Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Open Market Personal Loan sales (mandatory).
• Strong local market knowledge of Hyderabad.
• Proven ability to self-source and close loans.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field work and target-driven pressure.
