Job Description
- Prepare HVAC system designs as per project requirements and standards
- Perform heat load calculations and select suitable HVAC equipment
- Design ducting, piping, and ventilation layouts
- Prepare shop drawings and detailed HVAC drawings using AutoCAD
- Select and size equipment such as Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Pumps
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site engineers
- Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and local codes
- Support site team during execution and resolve design-related issues
- Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs
- Maintain proper documentation and design records
