Digital Marketer

Job Responsibilities

• Create, run & optimize Facebook and Instagram ads for our pain management clinic.
• Generate creative ideas for campaigns, reels, short videos and patient-education content.
• Manage daily ad performance: audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with doctors & team to create health-related creatives (English & Telugu).
• Work with video editors/designers to prepare engaging social media content.
• Track leads generated from ads and follow up with the clinic’s telecaller team.
• Maintain consistent brand style for Halcyon Pain Management Centre.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram).
• Good knowledge of performance marketing, CPC/CPM/lead generation campaigns.
• Ability to write simple and effective ad copies.
• Basic Canva or creative ideation skills.
• Understanding of health-care audience (40+ Telugu-speaking preferred, but not mandatory).
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/social media ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with Telugu audience behaviour and local marketing trends.
• Ability to suggest & implement new creative strategies weekly.
