Position: Digital Marketing Analyst 

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–5 years (Real Estate / Lead-generation experience preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for residential, plotted, and high-rise real estate projects. The role focuses on performance marketing, lead quality, and conversion optimization across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
•  Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROI)
•  Manage CRM integrations and lead funnels from ads to site visits
•  Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
•  Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
•  Coordinate with design and sales teams to improve lead quality and closures

Requirements:

•  Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and CRM tools
•  Ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy
•  Experience in real estate or high-ticket sales marketing preferred
•  Strong communication and reporting skills
