Digital Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Campaign management: Develop, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
• Content creation: Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and ad campaigns, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and guidelines.
• Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
• Social media management: Manage social media accounts, develop social media strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Website and landing page optimization: Improve the user experience and conversion rates of the company website and landing pages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies and execute projects.
• Market research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and find new growth opportunities. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
• Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is sometimes required.
