Job Description:
Unicorn Soft Labs Private Limited, a dynamic and innovative software development company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in telecalling, digital marketing, video editing, content editing, advertisement posting, and lead follow-up. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successfully engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telecalling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to identify their software development needs and introduce our services.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new leads, qualify them, and maintain a consistent flow of prospects.
- Client Engagement: Engage in persuasive and meaningful conversations to build rapport with clients and understand their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in our software solutions, technologies, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Product Demos: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our mobile app development solutions. Explain various products and services in detail, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Pitching and Closing: Deliver compelling sales pitches, tailor value propositions, and work towards closing deals over the phone.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update it regularly, providing accurate forecasts to management.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide accurate and timely sales reports and analysis to evaluate the success of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Market Research: Continuously research and monitor the competitive landscape and identify new business opportunities and potential market trends.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and pricing models.
- Video Editing and Content Editing: Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and client presentations. Edit written content for clarity, grammar, and engagement.
- Advertisement Posting: Develop and post advertisements across various digital marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and WhatsApp.
- Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships, address client queries, and move them through the sales pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Initiate and engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software development services.
Presales Activities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presentations and sales collateral.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our software solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
- Advise clients on effective digital marketing strategies to meet their business goals.
Meeting Scheduling and Follow-ups:
- Proactively schedule and organize client meetings and presentations.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to address client queries and concerns.
Deal Closure:
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals effectively.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, digital marketing, video editing, content editing, advertisement posting, or a similar client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirement:
- Proven experience in proactive client follow-ups and closing deals through effective phone communication.
