Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our online advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and promoting our services across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising

• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
• Monitor ad performance and improve ROI

2. Social Media Marketing

• Manage company social media pages
• Create engaging posts, promotional content, and campaigns
• Increase followers and audience engagement

3. Lead Generation

• Generate qualified leads for HR services, recruitment, and facility management
• Manage lead forms and marketing funnels
• Coordinate with the sales team for conversions

4. Content & Branding

• Create digital content including posts, banners, and promotional creatives
• Support branding initiatives and online campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand communication

5. Website & SEO Support

• Update website content and blogs
• Support SEO activities to improve search ranking
• Track website performance using analytics tools

6. Performance Analysis

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports
• Suggest improvements for better results

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Google Ads and Social Media Ads
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing tools
• Strong communication and creative thinking
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve results
• Basic knowledge of Canva / design tools is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing
• Certification in Google Ads / Digital Marketing is a plus
