Role Overview:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, performance marketing, and social media management. You’ll be the key driver of lead generation, campaign optimization, and online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for webinars and consultations
• Analyze performance metrics and scale campaigns based on data
• Manage and grow our social media pages with engaging content strategies
• Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives
• Track daily/weekly ad budgets and lead performance reports
• Monitor competitor ads and suggest improvement strategies
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes, ad policies, and trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in handling Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in ad copywriting, audience targeting, and funnel building
• Experience in Instagram and Facebook page management
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
• additional Requirements : Grip on Ai tools , basic website design with WordPress , Agency experience preferrable.
