Digital Marketing Executive (Reels + Ads + QC)

We are hiring a Professional Digital Marketing Executive for our agency Target Digital Network.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, along with strong understanding of content quality and performance optimization.

This is a hybrid role involving:

• Content strategy
• Ad campaign execution
• Quality checking before posting
• 🎯 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• 📱 Social Media Management (Instagram & YouTube)
• Plan and post daily content (Reels & Videos)
• Create high-retention content (strong hooks in first 3 seconds)
• Write captions, hashtags, and select trending audio
• Upload YouTube videos with proper Title, Description, Tags, and Thumbnails
• 🎬 Content Quality Check (Very Important)
• Review videos before posting:
• Hook effectiveness
• Brightness, color, and audio clarity
• Branding elements (logo placement, overlays, offers)
• Coordinate with editing team and provide improvement feedback
• 📊 Ads Management (Meta & Google Ads)
• Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create and optimize Google Ads (Search & YouTube Ads)
• Audience targeting (location, interests, custom audiences)
• Monitor campaigns and optimize performance (CTR, CPC, conversions)
• 📈 SEO & Optimization Basic YouTube SEO (keywords, tags, ranking)
• Improve Instagram reach and engagement
• Understand audience intent and content performance
• 🧠 REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience in:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Instagram & YouTube handling
• Strong understanding of:
• Viral content structure
• Reels hooks and engagement techniques
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus
• Good communication skills (English + Telugu preferred)
