Job Description

Reporting To: Founder / Business Owner



1. Purpose of the Role


The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for generating qualified leads, building brand credibility, and supporting revenue growth for:


Real Estate Business (HNIs, land & high-ticket property buyers)


Parenting Coaching Brand (courses, workshops, consultations, community)


The role focuses on lead generation, funnel management, content strategy, and performance tracking—not just posting on social media.


2. Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

Real Estate


Consistent flow of qualified HNI leads (minimum 30–40 per month)


Clear sales funnel: Lead → Meeting → Report → Deal


Strong credibility via reports, insights, and educational content


Support sales team to close ₹5–50 CR ticket size deals


Parenting Coaching


Growth of engaged audience (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, email)


Leads for workshops, courses, 1:1 coaching


Funnel: Content → Lead Magnet → Call / Webinar → Sale


Monthly lead and revenue targets achieved


3. Core Responsibilities

A. Strategy & Planning


Create separate marketing strategies for Real Estate and Parenting brands


Define ICPs (HNIs, parents of specific age groups, working parents, etc.)


Build quarterly and monthly digital marketing plans


Identify right mix of organic + paid + offline-supported digital strategies


B. Lead Generation & Funnels

Real Estate


Design and manage funnels using:


Research / Investment reports


WhatsApp follow-ups


Offline meeting support


Landing pages and lead forms


Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads (location + intent-based)


Track conversion from lead → meeting → deal


Parenting Coaching


Create lead magnets (checklists, PDFs, webinars, challenges)


Manage funnels for:


Free content → Paid workshops


Workshops → Coaching / Programs


Set up email + WhatsApp automation journeys


C. Content & Brand Building

Real Estate


Content themes:


Investment insights


Government policies & master plans


Case studies & success stories


Trust-building educational posts


Coordinate reports, carousels, reels, blogs, and presentations


Parenting Coaching


Content themes:


Parenting pain points


Relatable stories & transformations


Educational reels & long-form content


Testimonials and social proof


D. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing


Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns


Budget allocation and ROAS tracking


A/B testing creatives, copies, audiences


Retargeting warm audiences effectively


E. CRM, Tracking & Analytics


Maintain lead tracking system for both businesses

6. Skills & Experience Required


3–6 years in Digital Marketing


Experience in high-ticket services or coaching preferred


Strong understanding of funnels and buyer psychology


Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools


Content sense for both emotional (parenting) and rational (real estate) buyers


Data-driven decision making
