We are now building a strong digital engine to grow our brand online — website, app, social media, and paid advertising — and are looking for one strong digital owner to lead this transformation.

This is not an agency role.

This is a core business role working directly with the business owner.

What You Will Own (End-to-End Responsibility)

🌐 Website & App

Daily content and product updates

Landing pages, banners, basic SEO

Coordinate with developers for improvements

Ensure performance, tracking, and conversion flow

📱 Social Media

Instagram, Facebook & YouTube content strategy

Reels planning, captions, posting calendar

Performance analysis and improvement

Coordinate creatives (in-house / freelance)

📈 Paid Advertising (Core Focus)

Google Ads & Meta Ads setup and optimisation

Budget control, ROAS improvement

Audience strategy, retargeting, scaling

Lead quality tracking (not just CPL)

📊 Analytics & Reporting

Weekly & monthly performance reports

Funnel analysis: traffic → leads → store visits → sales
