Digital Marketing Manager

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets

Plan and manage campaigns across channels:

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)

Email and WhatsApp Marketing

Handle SEO activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic

Manage content strategy – blogs, landing pages, creatives, reels, case studies

Work closely with sales/admissions teams on lead nurturing and conversion

Monitor and optimize lead funnels, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates

Manage brand reputation through reviews, testimonials, and online communities

Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Identify trends and insights to allocate marketing budgets effectively

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (education or training industry preferred)

Proven track record in lead generation and admission growth

Strong knowledge of:

SEO (On Page & Off Page)

Meta Ads

Social media marketing Optimization

Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console

Basic experience in WordPress

Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools

Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills

Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights

Good to Have (Preferred)

Experience in software/IT training institute or EdTech

Good to have: Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, design tools, and fundamental design principles.

Knowledge of course marketing (Python, Full Stack, Data Science, etc.)

Basic video editing or creative briefing experience

Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

Certifications in Digital Marketing/Google/Facebook Ads are a plus

Monthly student enrollment numbers

Cost per lead (CPL) & cost per acquisition (CPA)

Lead-to-admission conversion rate

Website traffic growth & ranking improvements
