• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Drive high-quality leads and conversions through data-driven ad strategies.
• Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
• Analyze and report campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve landing pages and creatives for better performance.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and development teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
• Recommend and implement automation tools for ad optimization and reporting.
• ✅ RequirementsMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and lead scoring.
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in B2B and B2C campaigns (preferred).
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
