Position

Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Ad & Campaign Expert to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in both digital and traditional advertising channels, with a focus on creating compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key

Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

·        Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, digital advertising, print, and experiential marketing

·        Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to acquire new customers and build repeat business

·        Develop advertising strategies that increase buyer interest and drive measurable business outcomes

Performance Management

·        Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization

·        Ensure campaigns achieve KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI targets

·        Compile regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Work closely with creative teams, content creators, sales teams, and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral

·        Collaborate with management to establish project goals, budgets, and timelines

·        Coordinate with media partners and negotiate advertising placements and contracts

Strategic Planning

·        Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies

·        Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging marketing technologies

·        Develop innovative campaigns that differentiate the brand in competitive markets

Qualifications

Education & Experience

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field

·        3-5 years of proven experience in campaign management, advertising, or digital marketing

·        Demonstrable portfolio of successful integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

Technical Skills

·        Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram advertising, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

·        Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to measure and optimize performance

·        Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies

·        Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

Core Competencies

·        Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy and presenting to stakeholders

·        Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative campaigns that capture attention

·        Budget management experience with focus on maximizing ROI

Qualifications

·        Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration[1]

·        Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot)

·        Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brand marketing[1]

·        Knowledge of video content creation, influencer marketing, and viral marketing tactics

·        Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for campaign asset creation

·        Understanding of marketing compliance and data privacy regulations
