Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in real estate marketing, performance campaigns, marketing operations, conversion optimization, CRM workflows, and automation systems.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end digital marketing operations — from lead generation to conversion tracking, campaign optimization, CRM integration, and performance reporting.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Digital Marketing OperationsPlan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • Display & remarketing platforms

Manage lead generation campaigns for:

  • Residential plots
  • Villas
  • Apartments
  • Commercial projects
  • Monitor budgets, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets
  • Manage landing pages, lead forms, and campaign funnels

2) Conversion & Funnel Optimization:

  • Improve lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion ratios
  • Build and optimize complete marketing funnels
  • Analyze drop-offs at each stage:
  • Lead generated
  • Contacted
  • Follow-up
  • Site visit
  • Negotiation
  • Booking
  • Run A/B testing on:
  • Ad creatives
  • Landing pages
  • CTA buttons
  • Forms
  • Audience segments
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion quality

3) Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Build daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
  • Analyze:
  • CPL
  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Conversion rate
  • Source-wise performance
  • Campaign ROI
  • Lead stage movement
  • Use data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Forecast lead volumes, budgets, and conversions
  • Track attribution and campaign performance across channels

4) CRM Management:

  • Strong working knowledge on CRM systems
  • Manage lead lifecycle and pipeline stages
  • Ensure proper lead allocation and routing
  • Create CRM workflows and sales automation journeys
  • Maintain lead hygiene, deduplication, and status tracking
  • Align CRM data with sales and marketing KPIs

5) Automation & Process Optimization:

  • Create marketing automation workflows for:
  • Lead assignment
  • Auto-follow-ups
  • WhatsApp automation
  • Email nurturing
  • SMS reminders
  • Site visit reminders
  • Integrate platforms using tools like:
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • CRM native automation tools
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification logic
  • Build automated reporting dashboards

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and conversions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of UTM tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4
  • Experience with automation workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate / plot / villa marketing
  • Experience handling monthly ad budgets above ₹10L+
  • Knowledge of lead quality scoring
  • Experience in sales funnel reporting
