Digital Marketing & Script Writer

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing & Script Writer to join our Real Estate team. This role is perfect for someone who can combine strategic digital campaigns with engaging content writing to attract and convert potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Write creative scripts for property promotional videos, ad campaigns, reels, and presentations.
• Plan and create engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Manage branding campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to produce impactful marketing collaterals.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content/script writing (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and deliver compelling narratives.
