Job Description

JOB BRIEF

We are a rapidly growing technology start-up based in Hyderabad. The shared Marketing and sales team provide services to Wishwa.org and Ayathana.com applications.



RESPONSIBILITIES:   

1. Performance Marketing - Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram Ads 

a. Be updated with Ad policies 

b. Prepare the Ad budget as per the strategy created

c. Ensure the right Ad set is being run as per the strategy, objective and goal.

d. Be up to date about the Algorithm 

e. Daily monitor the results and report findings as per analysis

f. Present weekly analysis report and Spent 

h. Optimising Budget Ads 


  1. SEO: 
  2. Conducting keyword research using various tools 
  3. Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyze and improve SEO performance
  4. Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices
  5. Should have Solid Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  6. Adwords
  7. Upgrading the knowledge of updated SEO algorithms every three months 
  8. Ensuring improved ranks for SEO of wishwa.org website 
  9. Website: Execute on-page and off-page optimizations
  10. Monitor Website/Landing Page content with respect to SEO/SEM that will drive traffic 
  11.  SEO Audit of wishwa.org every month 
  12.  List actions for on-page and off-page optimisation to be taken at wishwa.org 
  13. Update the process as per Google Search Algorithm 
  14.  Conducting keyword research using various tools 
  15.   Upgrading the knowledge of updated SEO algorithms every three months
  16.  Ensuring improved ranks for SEO of the wishwa.org website
  17.  Monitor Website/Landing Page content with respect to SEO/SEM that will drive traffic
  18. On-Page Optimization and Off-Page Optimization

  1.  Research and analysis:
  2. Performing competitive analysis and identifying gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design 
  3. Influencer Marketing:
  4. Should work towards collaboration with organisations, corporates and Influencers
  5. Evaluate results
  6.  YouTube Marketing  

a. Conceptualising Youtube Content 

b. Creating more short, Informative and Engaging videos / Youtube shorts 

c. Ensuring Timely updates of WishwaTalks videos. 

d. Ensure content is relatable, motivating, pertinent, engaging and inspiring. 

e. Ensure engagement is created for a youtube video in comments, likes and subscriptions 

f. Ensure Video views and subscribers increase on the channel 

g. Wishwa Youtube channel should be optimised for SEO 

h. Ensure Youtube SOP is followed 

i. The Account setup is complete and up to date. 

j. The backlinks of Youtube videos need to be updated. 

k. Youtube Reminder Notification for all WishwaTalks videos 

l. Ensure tags, end cards, and thumbnails are as per standard process 

m. Quarterly cyclic audit, reporting and rectification  Database management

  1. Branding:
  2. Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the brand/product
  3. Ensure our brand message is strong, consistent, clear, cohesive and complete across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) 
  4.  Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

Basic SEO Knowledge and experience in Search engine ranking. 

     7.  Offline Marketing Channels | Media Planning

a. Interacting with different media channels for Promotions

b. Optimising the plan for media buying and placement

c. Maintain Relationship

d. Monitor Results and submit reports

    8.  Building online Community

a. Executing Strategy For Community OF Social Champion

b. Working For STP strategy for the target audience

c. Evaluating Segment Clusters 

      9. Team Building 

             a. Create, Delegate and Manage a high performance team at the office

 TASKS 

  1. Implementing strategy for Fundraisers, branding, and engagement,
  2. Collaborate with content writers and other in-house marketing teams
  3. Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes
  4. Ensure the SOPs are followed and the process is seamless 
  5. Ensure agility within the team and 
  6. Ensure timelines are managed 
  7. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  8. Support the planning, building, execution, consistency and reporting of all cross-channel marketing campaigns
  9. Become an expert on the customer journey, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
  10. Drive ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, and optimization, leveraging past data to make recommendations for improvements for more advanced analytics where necessary
  11. Work closely with whole marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion rates
  12. Manage paid acquisition channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns.
  13. And any other works that are assigned for the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Passion for Digital marketing.
  2. Drive for implementing projects and ensure results. 
  3. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. 
  4. Need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. 
  5. Work towards doing things differently with available guidance.
  6. Technical know-how and Communication skills.
  7. Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to individuals/groups various stakeholders
  8. Broad knowledge of content strategy focused on SEO
  9. Broad knowledge of detecting and handling search engines penalizations
  10. Broad knowledge of digital analytics and related KPIs, as well as data handling and manipulation
  11. Experience in Digital Marketing 
  12. Familiarity with keyword research and management tools
  13. Experience in writing SEO blogs.
  14. Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices
  15. Strong analytical skills
  16. Good communication skills to maintain partnerships with organizations, influencers, etc 
  17. Know How of Email Marketing tools 
  18. Know conducting research and competitors analysis 
  19. Expert in Google Ad words and Google Business Page
