Job Purpose

To plan and execute digital marketing activities to generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and support sales for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects

Run and optimize Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ad campaigns

Generate and track leads through websites, landing pages, and portals

Manage property listings on real estate portals

Handle social media content and online brand presence

Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up

Track performance and prepare basic marketing reports

Skills & Qualification

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Experience in lead generation and performance marketing

Basic understanding of real estate marketing preferred

Graduate / Diploma in Marketing or related field
