Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with

strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate

should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic

digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Remarketing).
• Handle complete SEO activities including On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Manage landing page performance and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google
• Search Console, and Meta Business Suite. 

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Excellent knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical).
• Proven experience in Lead Generation Campaigns.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage ad budgets effectively and deliver consistent leads.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
