Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing activities to build brand visibility, generate leads, and grow engagement across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Create, edit, and schedule content including reels, posts, stories, thumbnails, and ad creatives.

• Manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube; track ROI and optimize regularly.

• Monitor analytics, prepare weekly performance reports, and recommend improvements.

• Handle CRM integration, lead nurturing flows, and automated messaging where required.

• Coordinate with the sales and content teams for smooth campaign execution.

• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitive activities.

• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and maintain brand voice consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

• Ability to create strong content ideas and basic editing skills (reels, graphics).

• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and growth strategies.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with real estate marketing is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Certifications in digital marketing or performance marketing are preferred.
