A ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Conducting gap analysis and recommending solutions to meet business objectives.

Documenting processes and workflows in ServiceNow and ensuring best practices and compliance with company policies.

Working with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and developing training materials for end-users. 

Desired skills include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.
