DIRECT SALES LEADER

HDFC Life Insurance is hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Sales Manager / Agency Development Manager in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.

Drive sales through effective team management and lead generation.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.

Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance

Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream).

Experience: 1–3 years in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred.

Age: 21–40 years.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
