Job Description Summary

The Director, Creative Delivery Operations and Optimization is responsible for driving the next generation of creative production capabilities through strategic initiative leadership, solution design, operational activation, and continuous optimization for Studio Operations. This role drives operational excellence across digital, video, web, print, label updates, and refresh workstreams—operates efficiently, consistently, and with the highest quality. The Director will architect scalable processes, implement automation and workflow enhancements, and lead cross functional alignment to deliver transformative operational improvements.

Director, Studio Operations

Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid  

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives that modernize Studio Operations and align with enterprise goals.
  • Identify, design, and develop automation and AI‑driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
  • Activate and implement new processes, tools, and service models; manage change efforts to ensure successful adoption.
  • Maintain a strategic roadmap for operational solutions and evolving Studio Operation's needs.
  • Centralize and internalize key capabilities to strengthen consistency, scalability, and throughput.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows enabled by automation and AI.
  • Conduct process audits, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimization across creative production streams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure integration and alignment of solutions across teams. Stay up to date on industry trends in automation, AI, and digital operations to fuel innovation.  

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Studio Operations, Marketing Production, or similar domains.
  • Proven experience leading operational transformation programs, workflow redesign, and automation integrations. Deep knowledge of creative production processes (digital, video, refresh, labeling, localization, etc.).
  • Strong expertise with workflow technologies, DAM systems, automation tools, and AI‑powered creative production solutions. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience, with ability to influence senior leaders. Experience in global CPG, pharma, or highly regulated environments.
  • Background in Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading hybrid team models, including offshore/nearshore operations.
