Dispatch Executive

Manage the dispatch process by coordinating with various departments to ensure timely

delivery of finished goods.

⮚ Generate invoices and E-way bills for dispatched goods in compliance with regulatory

requirements.

⮚ Maintain accurate inventory records and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) method for

dispatches.

⮚ Store goods in designated places to ensure easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.

⮚ Utilize computer systems for inventory management and label printing; prior knowledge of

label printing is preferred.

⮚ Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to inventory, dispatch activities, and other

relevant metrics.

⮚ Liaise with transport agencies to arrange transportation vehicles for dispatches and ensure

effective communication throughout the process.

⮚ Issue and maintain records of marine insurance for dispatched goods to mitigate any

potential risks.
