Dispatch Executive

Coordinate the dispatch of LED lighting products (bulbs, panels, drivers, fixtures, etc.) to customers, dealers, or project sites.

Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport details.

Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of LED products before shipment.

Maintain records of outgoing materials and update dispatch logs or ERP systems.

Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Arrange transportation (local and interstate) and communicate with transporters or courier services.

Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams or customers.

Handle returns, replacements, and damaged goods in coordination with quality and customer service teams.

Ensure proper handling of fragile LED items to avoid damage during transit.

Follow safety standards and company dispatch procedures.Basic knowledge of LED lighting products (preferred).

Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail in documentation and packing.

Communication skills for coordination with multiple teams.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification : Diploma or graduation
