We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Analyst to prepare, manage, and maintain comprehensive documentation for rugged computing solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documents such as User Manuals, Technical Manuals, and various test and quality procedures for products including rugged PCs, panel PCs and industrial servers.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation including:
  • User Manuals
  • Technical Manuals
  • Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
  • Factory Test Procedures (FTP)
  • Qualification Test Procedures (QTP)
  • Factory Acceptance Plan (FAP)
  • Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and quality teams to gather technical information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, industry guidelines, and customer requirements.
  • Review, edit, and update existing documentation to maintain consistency and relevance.
  • Manage document version control and maintain proper documentation records.
  • Support audits and customer deliverables by providing required documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of documentation aligned with project schedules.
