Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled DotNet Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet client requirements, adhere to project timelines, and stay within budgets. The successful candidate will contribute to improving organizational efficiency and creating impactful technology solutions through expertise in Microsoft technologies and project management.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework/Core, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure cloud services

  • Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET for application development

  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on Azure platforms

  • Knowledge of PowerPlatform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus

  • Ability to work with SQL Server and other data management tools

• Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI integrations

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices using Azure DevOps or similar tools

  • Understanding of REST APIs and web services integration

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on .NET, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure projects.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.

• Continuously evaluate current Microsoft practices and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and solution quality.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and project updates.

• Participate in project planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:
  Required: C# (.NET Core or Framework), ASP.NET
  Preferred: JavaScript, TypeScript for frontend integration

• Databases/Data Management:
  SQL Server, Azure SQL, or related data storage solutions for backend data handling

• Cloud Technologies:
  Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, and Storage

• Frameworks and Libraries:
  .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI)

• Development Tools and Methodologies:
  Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Agile/Scrum practices

• Security Protocols:
  Knowledge of identity management, OAuth, SSL, and best practices for secure application development

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies, with at least 2 years focused on architecture and project delivery.

• Proven track record in leading and managing Microsoft-based projects, including cloud deployments on Azure.

• Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide technical support.

• Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise solutions is preferred.

• Alternative experience includes leading large-scale Microsoft technology implementations, demonstrated through project delivery and team leadership.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, test, and deploy application components utilizing .NET, SharePoint, and Azure.

• Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to team members on best practices and project standards.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams during requirements gathering and solution design.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across projects.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings.

• Maintain documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is acceptable.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience leading Microsoft solution development from inception to deployment.

• Commitment to continuous learning about new Microsoft tools, features, and industry best practices.
