Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Driver to join the Marut Drones team. This role is focused exclusively on the safe transportation of high-value drone equipment and logistics support. Beyond driving, you will act as a support pillar for our field operations and administrative teams, assisting with coordination and office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities. Logistics & Equipment Transport

• Safe Delivery: Transport drones, batteries, and ground control equipment to various field locations and project sites.
• Cargo Safety: Ensure all sensitive electronic equipment is securely loaded, padded, and organised to prevent damage during transit.
• Route Efficiency: Plan the best routes to remote field sites to ensure the technical team arrives on schedule. Administrative Coordination
• Documentation: Manage vehicle logs, trip sheets, and delivery challans accurately.
• Procurement Support: Assist the admin team with local purchasing, picking up office supplies, or coordinating with vendors.
• Compliance: Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, RC, permits) are up to date and alert the admin team for renewals.Vehicle & Field Support
• Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle in top condition through regular cleaning and scheduling of professional servicing.
• Field Assistance: Support the technical team on-site with basic tasks like unloading gear or managing battery charging stations when necessary.Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably with commercial goods or logistics.
• License: Valid Driving License (LMV/HMV) with a clean driving history.
• Technical Comfort: Ability to use GPS, WhatsApp for location sharing, and basic mobile apps for expense tracking.
• Language: Proficiency in Local Language and basic understanding of English/Hindi for coordination.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment cases.Personal Attributes
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to rural/remote areas and work occasional early mornings or late hours based on field mission schedules.
• Reliability: High level of punctuality and integrity.
