Job Title: eCommerce Operations Executive

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order and inventory operations. This is an in-office role based in Kondapur, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, handling physical products, and coordinating routine processes to ensure smooth operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Print online orders and shipping labels daily
• Track and update inventory across platforms
• Scan and process returns from customers
• Coordinate with logistics partners as needed
• Perform order and return reconciliation regularly
• Maintain daily reports and records in Excel or other tools
• Assist in general operational tasks to support order fulfillment
• Requirements:Good computer skills (especially Excel and basic browsing)
• Understanding of basic Hindi (verbal)
• Reliable and punctual, willing to work from office every day
• Prior experience in eCommerce operations is a plus
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
