E-Commerce Manager

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our customized product segment and scale our D2C business to new heights.

Responsibilities :

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 40+ to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
• Drive Growth: Own the P&L for the E-commerce segment and deliver consistent business growth.
• Strategize & Execute: Design and implement innovative online sales strategies for customized F&B products.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and leverage data insights to optimize performance.

Qualification :

Proven experience in E-commerce management (D2C focus), preferably in the F&B or related industries.

Strong sales and revenue management skills with a track record of delivering results.

Exceptional team leadership and people management capabilities.

Creative thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and online marketplaces.

Hands-on expertise in managing customized or made-to-order product categories online is a plus.
