Role & Responsibilities:
- Process & monitor daily online orders
- Coordinate delivery & ensure timely dispatch
- Update stock & manage inventory on website
- Handle returns, refunds & order tracking
- Maintain daily sales report in Excel
- Manage WhatsApp queries & payment follow-ups
- Track repeat customers & share weekly report
