Position: Electrical/Electronics Intern (Solar Energy)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Electrical or Electronics Junior Solar PV system Engineers to join our growing team. This Role offers an excellent opportunity for Fresh EEE and ECE graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge and develop hands-on experience in renewable energy, specifically in solar energy systems. As part of our team, you will work on various aspects of solar power generation, design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and renewable energy technologies, particularly solar energy.
• Preferred Technical Skills:
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies under supervision. gathering necessary technical data.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis & power electronics.
• Basic understanding of solar power systems and components (solar panels, inverters, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, bill of materials (BOM) and tender documents.
• Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope) is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Solar PV technology, components and system design concept is a plus.
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians and other stake holders to ensure project success.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt new technologies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Desirable Attributes:
• Interest in renewable energy and the solar industry.
• Willingness to work in the field and learn hands-on solar system installation and maintenance.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks.
