• Job Title – Electrical Manager/ SME

• Experience – 15 to 20 years (Min 3 years DC experience)

• Education – BE/ B Tech Electrical

• Department/Team - PDS

• Location – Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam

• Job Type – Full time

• Job Summary : including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.

•            Stakeholder management: Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

•            Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

•            Contract administration: Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.

•            Project documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

•            Financial management: Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget records.

•            Team support: Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with project-related tasks.

• Key Responsibilities

o   Plan all the works and monitor the same. Identify the risk and propose mitigation. Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

o   Coordination with Design Consultants for ensure deliverables of all Electrical and co-ordination drawings and SLD, Schematic drawings etc. 

o   Collect Shop drawings from vendor for respective packages and get it validate with ELECTRICAL consultants and issue contractors to execute the work.

o   Getting work method of statement from respective ELECTRICAL package from contractor and get it approved from consultants

o   Execute and monitor in all the ELECTRICAL related work

o   Setting up the MEP Quality Manual, Inspection Testing Plan

o   Ensure all the MIR’s ar certified before using at site, also ensure consultant’s representee too signed  

o   Setting up Documentation Process with respect to all services equipment

o   Track ELECTRICAL materials delivery and maintain long lead items delivery tracker

o   Monitoring whether construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the Design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities

o   Participating Testing, commissioning of services activities and maintain testing certificates, checklist etc.

o   Verification, evaluation and implementation of accompanying changes to the works and recommend to client for approval.

o   Obtain relevant, necessary O & M documents, guaranty and warranties

• • Ensure smooth handover of ELECTRICAL packages

9.      Specific skills or certifications – Have worked on ELECTRICAL project with both high side and low side for data centre project.
