Job Description
Operate and monitor machines in the solar cell line (diffusion, etching, PECVD, metallization, firing, etc.).
Handle wafers carefully to avoid breakage and ensure smooth production flow.
Check quality of wafers/cells, record defects, and maintain yield.
Follow safety protocols while handling chemicals and equipment.
Maintain daily production logs and report issues to engineers.
Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with team for process improvements.
