Electrician

Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted power supply, smooth operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems across the resort. This includes handling generators, motors, panels, lighting systems, and other electrical infrastructure to support day-to-day operations and guest experiences at the highest standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain and operate generators, transformers, control panels, and electrical distribution systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical circuits, motors, pumps, and wiring.
• Ensure all lighting systems, both indoor and outdoor, function properly and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain motors, switchgear, and control panels for smooth operation.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend ways to reduce power usage and improve efficiency.
• Maintain logbooks for electrical readings, maintenance schedules, and breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized electrical repairs and spare parts procurement.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance protocols.
• Support other departments during events and projects requiring electrical setup or backup power.
• Assist in the installation of new electrical systems or upgrades as per resort expansion or renovation needs.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT panels, DG sets, motors, and power distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Sound knowledge of safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts and attend to emergencies when required.
