As an Elite Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and their households. Your primary goal is to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with personalized banking solutions. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to cross-sell and up-sell bank services.

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial objectives, and provide tailored advice.
• Cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Handle client complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and build its reputation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, investments, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high-quality client base.
• Ability to work independently and manage a complex portfolio of clients.
• Proficiency in using banking software and tools for relationship management.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
