Job Description: We are looking for an Email Process Executive to handle customer queries and service requests through email. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction without voice interaction.

• Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues related to products/services
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) compliance
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
• Ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Graduation / Inter / Any Degree (as applicable)
• Preferred Skills: Prior experience in email or non-voice process
• Knowledge of CRM tools (added advantage)
• Typing speed of 25–30 WPM
