Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying the latest technology and industry expertise to design innovative solutions, and ensuring that the products and experiences created meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose enhancements that align with the organization's strategic goals. Your role will also include mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and gather diverse perspectives. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive. Professional & Technical Skills: Good exposure on CRM Functional Sales module Documenting detailed Requirement, analysis and Functional Design Document Prepare Process flow using Visio and Business Rules Collaborate with stakeholders and onshore team on daily basis Having exposure on Azure DevOps Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
